The United States plans to establish maximum residue limits for glufosinate ammonium and other pesticides in some foods
On November 20, 2023, according to the U.S. Federal Register, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued Announcement No. 2023-25751, which plans to formulate maximum residue limits for pesticides such as L-glufosinate ammonium free acid in some foods, as detailed in the table below.
